Happy Valentine's Day!

This morning, I woke up and made some fruit juice for my hubby :). Today he had a mixture of carrot, green apple, celery and starfruit. I had carrot, green apple and starfruit. I played Suzanne Cianni music and started doing housework. My yard is so dirty... The aircon man climbed over the walls to the aircon ledge yesterday and there are so many stains on the wall... I cannot tolerate the look, so I started cleaning. Now, I am having backache...

Now I am resting on my sofa and reading with some classical music. Baby is actively kicking at the moment :). Maybe baby is enjoying the classical music I am playing :).

I was reading my sis's blog on multiply about her travels in Austria now. Her description brings back memories of the time when I was travelling in Austria. I have fallen in love with Austria after my first visit to Vienna in 1998 with my hubby. Subsequently, I visited different towns around Austria and had enjoyed my trips there. It's difficult to describe the feeling while there... But the scenery there is awesome everywhere. It's a romantic place... The public transport system is easy to follow, clean and efficient. I simply love travelling around Austria. It's one of the few countries I will want to visit again and again...

Tonite, my hubby has booked a table for two for dinner :). We will be going out for dinner on Valentine's Day! Yeah!

At 21 week...

Baby is now 21 week plus :) I started to feel baby's knocking on my tummy since 24 or 25 Jan 2006. Sometimes when baby kicks, I will get a feeling of wanting to pee. lol... Sometimes when I get a bit busy, I did not feel baby kicking. Nowadays, I do noticed that when I play the music by Suzanne Cianni, which I have been playing often, baby will start to kick more... lol... I am imagining that baby is dancing inside me... Baby usually kicks early in the morning when I am about to wake up and at night before I sleep.

Nowadays, my tummy has grown unbelievably fast. It's now round and the bellybutton is getting shallow. Tummy is pretty obvious now. My friends said that I dun look pregnant when they look from behind... kekeke... I still have a little bit of waistline. Thanks to Hunza good living range of products...

Over the weekend, I went for a 2 full days seminar :). Baby has been very good :) It's a seminar about leadership and being an entrepreneur. During the course, there are lots of activities and practical discussions. hmm... wonder if baby was listening and taking in information too... Perhaps I have been rather focussed during the course, so did not feel baby's kicks often...

I learnt something about negative thinking which gave me the most impact... Dr. George Lim said that our energy level is related to being negative. If our body and cells have enough energy, we will tend to be very active and positive about things. He suggested to the audience that anyone can try taking 100 vitality plus per day for 2 weeks to feel the effect. It also gotta do with the food that we take. Acidic food can also make one lethargic. hmm... maybe I have been eating lots of junk food and unhealthy food, hence my energy have been drained, and became so negative... I gotta change back to a diet of more vegetables and fruits, and also increase my dosage of Indinine, and Vitality Plus... :) For more information on Indinine and Vitality Plus, email to indinine@gmail.com.

Baby is a BOY!

Hello...
Today is the 6th day of the lunar new year. Later today, I gotta start preparing for a steamboat dinner for my sis's friends. I have been rather busy to update the blog... :p

On 25 Jan, I went out with my friend. I first felt baby's kicks! I was sitting cross-legged at coffee club at Wisma. I thought it's my tummy twitching. It's only on my left side. I wasn't very sure about that then. I thought maybe I have been out shopping and walking for too long, and that's tummy cramps.

On 27 Jan, I went for my 20 weeks detailed scan. I requested for Imelda to do the scanning for me at the x-ray department at Gleneagles hospital. Terence went for the scanning with me :). He's allowed to be in the room during the scan. We could see baby swimming inside me very actively. It was not easy to do the scan though. We saw baby's lips, legs, arms, brain, heart, etc... and the gender... haha... Imelda was very careful about the gender. She's afraid that we will be disappointed if it's wrong. She showed us baby's wee wee... hahaha.. Baby is a BOY! Imelda scanned a few times to confirm that is baby's wee wee... I was very surprised cos at the last detailed scan at week 14, it was a "gal". After Imelda finished the scan, the doctor came to scan to double confirm the gender of baby. hahaha... Baby is a BOY! I think it cannot be wrong this time... We had a great time looking at the different parts of our baby for 45 minutes... :)

After the scan, we went to the Delifrance to have our late lunch. Then went to see my gynae after collecting the report of the scan. The baby's gender is stated in the report! As usual, when I reached the clinic, I had my urine test and weight taken. I have gained 1.4kg in 3 weeks. I am now 52.8kg.

Gynae showed us a 3D scan of baby and gave us a printout. It wasn't very clear cos baby is very moving very actively. Gynae showed us other 3D scan pictures that he has. There's one which the baby was sleeping and the eyes, lips, face of the baby was very clear. Wow... the wonders of 3D scan.
