Last day at Shichida Kindergarten.

Today is the last day at Shichida kindergarten. The school organised a mini-concert and a graduation ceremony for the K2 kids. I was surprised that Aloysius will be part of the concert. I had a small chat with Mrs. Khoo. I guess she can remember me. She walked to me towards the end of the concert and thanked me for my support. I really dunno what to say to her. I just smiled. There's a sad feeling inside me. Somehow I also felt some sadness inside her during the chat. She mentioned that she have not enough time to take care of the kindergarten. Although I am angry with the management, the method does work. Haiz... there goes my dream of opening a Shichida kindergarten franchise.

Maybe... when my business settle down, I might make a trip to Japan to check it out. I dunno when that will be though. At the moment, I am to the blim already. This pregnancy has been a very tiring and uncomfortable journey so far. I haven't seen the light of things settling down till after Chinese New Year. Few more months to go...

Shichida way - Prenatal (1)

I have been finding time to read the prenatal book by Prof. Shichida again to revise. Kiasu me :P
I lend my book "最新胎教" to my cousin in Penang already. So, I went to Bras Basah again to buy another copy :) At the same time, I saw another title and bought 2 books on 胎教 in the end. I will be reading them and hopefully have time to write some tips here.

In brief, Shichida's way of prenatal education includes a few areas like diet, communications with the unborn baby, and prenatal stimulation. A foetus can understand what the mother thinks and says starting from 1 month through telepathy. So, be it positive or negative, the unborn baby knows them all.

The first and foremost thing is to ask the unborn baby to grow up healthy, and use it's own super strength to come into this world smoothly. And name the unborn baby as early as possible, and use the name during prenatal communications with the baby. I will tell my baby,

"Baby baby, mommy need you to grow up healthily, and use your own strength to come into this wonderful world. You are already part of the family, and you have a brother and 2 sisters waiting for your arrival. Daddy is eagerly waiting for your arrival too. Mommy is eagerly waiting for your arrival too. Mommy and daddy loves you very much. You gotta grow up healthy and strong, and use your own strength to come into this world. Mommy loves you."

Prenatal communications includes talking to the unborn baby slowly and loud enough, playing with the unborn baby by tapping the tummy, sending images to the unborn baby, reading story books, etc. There are quite a number of ways. For me, I choose sending images and energy balls to my unborn baby. I personally do not really like to talk though.

Ok... I will stop here. Gotta go... Update more next time... Probably on diet, especially lecithin.

Super mommy...

Lately, I have no choice but to take care of my ABC on my own at times. My mum just went overseas travelling with her friends. I have a restaurant just started operation in JB Sutera Utama. I also have a distribution running in Singapore. And just took over a running franchise stall in Maxwell. Phew... so many things at one go.
Initially, I thought of putting B and C in one of the Cherie Hearts that is newly opened in JB for November and December. I wanted them to start on 1 Nov. We went and stayed there for only half a day. Hubby and me concluded that they will be better off at home. Luckily, I haven't pay the fees. What happen was, there was only 4 teachers to handle all the kids on the first day, in a triple storey operation, though they only used two storey. The kids were left there running around and playing free and easy. The 4 teachers there were all busy with crying kids. Bernice refused to let us go for breakfast too. hmm... that's quite unusual for her. Bernice is usually the big sister to Charlene, and she loves going to school, and she's quite independent. I was thinking of sending ABC for their holiday program, daily from 9am to 5pm. hmm... looks like I gotta find alternatives. It will not be easy for me to trust new establishment now too.
I just went to another education center for "xin suan". They are taking in kids for the holidays for half a day, from 9am to 1pm. I spoke with the person in charge of the center. And I'm tempted to send my ABC there. She's a mother of 4. I think I can learn from her. Her eldest daughter is 12, her twin girls are 10, and the youngest boy 6. Wow... haha... I will be joining her in the club of 4 kids next year :) The age gaps of our kids are quite similar. Her eldest daughter is in P6 this year and did very well in school. She told me that she started training her eldest daughter when she was 3 years old by sending her to many many enrichment classes. Pant pant... I gotta buck up to go around to look into enrichment classes. I will be starting Aloysius "xin suan" during the holidays, and he will be going for a trial with the teacher next week to see where can he fit in. Next, probably ballet class for the girls, and art classes for ABC. The girls might be starting music classes in Yamaha in December. Lots of exciting things going on...
For these two weeks, I will have to take care of my ABC on my own. Like yesterday and today, I packed all 3 into the car and sent Aloysius to school. Super eh... When Aloysius is in school, I will settle the girls' lunch, bring them around in the car to meet people. Then fetch Aloysius from school, feed him lunch, send them home. Go for meeting, training after that... It's quite tiring though. Plus the morning sickness that I am having is for the whole day, especially after eating meat. Vegetables, bread, cakes are more palatable to me now.I wish I can have the luxury to sleep the whole day long.
Ok... gotta close shop and go home... Later all...
