(*_*)

Hello blogspot,

I have been doing very well lately :). I have helped my cousin who is in stage 4 cancer to a small extent. Now, I am really hoping she will get well soon and fight against the cancer :). She's facing very "fierce" cancer, according to her oncologist. Last week was hell for her and her family when her previous 3 chemo were "useless" since her tumour continued to spread during chemo. This situation will only happen to 1 in 100. Her oncologist told her husband and I that we better get prepared mentally. It is pretty bad, isn't it?

She has been staying with me for 2 weeks. Her oncologist told her to eat more meat and eat 3 meals of meat! Lately, when she was staying with me, she some how followed my diet... lol... I still cooked meat for her, or rather for the sake of cooking cos her family and my mum strongly belief that she should take more meat. I picked out all the meat for myself when I eat and I noticed that she followed what I did... lol...

I recommended her the Hunza products that I have been taking (even during my pregnancy) and found out a lot about. These included Indinine, Vplus, and Fibre Plus. My friend's dad has stage 4 prostate cancer too. He took 4 Indinine, 100 Vplus and 2 Fibre Plus per day, and helped in his condition. :) My cousin started to take 8 Indinine, 100 Vplus and 1 Fibre Plus per day for 6 days. We saw some improvement from her blood test yesterday :). It does helps to boost our confidence in her condition that she will get well. :) I had invited my good friend to share with her about staying positive that she will get well, and lend her some books about cancer to help her :). And also some CDs about health :). I believe that these combination of products and knowledge will help her. For more information of the Hunza range of products, email to indinine@gmail.com.

After seeing her oncologist yesterday, things are on the brighter side now :). Her oncologist said that her blood test result has improved and it's normal now. The doctor also commented that she looks better now :). When she came to my home two weeks' ago, her lips was grey in color and her face too. But now, she has pinkish lips :). A couple of days ago, we were "studying" her head. It seems like her hair is growing back. There are lots of baby hairs already...

Best news among bad news...

Yesterday, I went to see my gynae for a blood test for blood sugar. I had my lunch at 1pm and reached the clinic at 3pm for the blood test. I told the nurse that I am a litte late already :p. As usual, I had the strip for urine test. The nurse pricked me twice for the blood test :(. Second time she asked if it hurts... hahaha... if it doesn't gotta prick again cos haven't prick deep enough for blood to come out... faintz...
My hubby was very busy at work, so he did not meet me at the clinic to see gynae togather. I waited for about an hour to see gynae. :)
Gynae did an abdominal scan for me, and we saw the heart beating. Then he asked me if I have seen 3D scan before. kekeke... Then he showed me the 3D scan of baby! It was amazing! At first, I did not know how to see the scan. Then I asked gynae how come there are so many bubbles... lol... Then gynae told me they are not bubbles, and pointed out the head, hands and legs for me to see. Baby looks very cute. Gynae can turn the image and see the different views of baby. I can see the head, the legs, the hands... Gynae turned the image a little and gave me a printout of the scan :). It really made my day! Baby looks so real now. :)
Gynae also pressed on my abdomen and told me I am about 3 months pregnant already :) From the last menstrual cycle, I am suppose to be 11 weeks only. I wonder if my baby has been growing faster than usual... :)
I showed my hubby the printout when he came home from work. He said it looks like what we saw on the internet. :) And I pointed out the head, hands and legs to him :) Then hubby asked if I know the gender of the baby already. hahaha... He's so "kan cheong". Then I told him the earliest we can know is week 16.
These few days I have been putting my hands on my tummy when I sleep, hoping to feel baby's heartbeat again... But no luck yet. Then I told hubby we should have go and buy 4D on that day we felt the heartbeat... lol...

Rainy but happy morning...

Hello...

Today is a rainy and cooling day - very nice weather to sleep in bed :). I started to continue to write my thesis today :) Yesterday, I was reading through the slides I got from the Global Success System (GSS). It's about being successful. Ok, I will share with you what I have learnt and what I followed from there when I have more time.

I have made up my mind that I want to finish my thesis and graduate before my baby comes out in June 06. Sometimes I will visualise how nice it will be to take a graduation photo with my hubby and baby (our product of love) :). The graduation ceremony will be in July 06, so it will be just after my confinement. As I can only travel in Feb 06, I want to finish my thesis by 31 Dec 05 and finish my amendments by 21 Jan 06. It may sound a bit impossible at first, but I want to make it happen.

"Ru guo wo bu neng, wo jiu yi ding yao,
ru guo wo yi ding yao, wo jiu yi ding neng!"

Literally translated into: "If I cannot, I must. If I must, I can." :)

This morning, I was very happy and amazed. My hubby put his hand on my tummy for a while. And he could feel our baby's heartbeat. Then I put my hand there and I could feel it too! It was so amazing. It wasn't for very long though... I started to imagine our baby swimming inside my tummy already. For a while, baby was just below my tummy, so we could feel the heartbeat. I am relieved that baby's heart is beating so strongly. It's really unbelievable... :)

Ok, I gotta stop here. I gotta continue to write my thesis now. Successful people do not waste time :). I have been day-dreaming... ah hem... no wonder I am not successful yet... :p

First time seeing baby's heartbeat.

I went to my gynae last Saturday. Gynae did an abdominal scan for me, and asked my hubby to see too. We saw our baby with a heartbeat :). I noticed two dots flickering away. I wonder if our baby has two heart chamber already or was it the hand that divided the heart. You know what I mean? My hubby was amazed that the heartbeat is so fast. Gynae gave us a printout of the scan to keep :). I cannot forget the blinking two dots on the scan :).
It's like the pregnancy is more real for both me and hubby after seeing the heartbeat and our baby :). It's really amazing that a life can be growing inside my tummy.
My hubby told his mum about the pregnancy already :). His mum asked if I know how to boil bird nests. I said "no" cos I have never boiled bird nests before...

Mood swing...

Oops... I had mood swing this morning. My hubby and me woke up very early this morning. And we were teasing each other... Then when I woke up, I saw the kitchen sink was full :(. I had a bowl and a plate from dinner last nite, which nobody helped me to wash. And a few more cups and spoons added. I was very pissed off cos I have to do housework everyday when I wake up and nobody will help me :( I fell asleep very early last nite, and did not throw the rubbish. Nobody did. Then I washed and went back to bed to sleep.

Ok... that's all for now. I will be going for a swim later :) hmm... what shall I wear? I have got a bikini, a two piece swim suit and a one piece swim suit :).

Back from Bintan!

Oops... I have lost my flow of thoughts on what to write in my last post... Pardon me... :)
I just returned from Bintan. We stayed in Indra Maya Villas and had a great time. I have not eaten so much tit-bits since many years ago! I cannot believe it. I had, but to name a few, coconut biscuits, Pringles (4 bottles!), Calbee potato chips, peanuts, mixed ikan bilis with nuts, etc, etc. The whole day was simply eat and sleep and swim there. Some how, I did not feel nausea anymore. Perhaps it's because I worn my "seaband" almost 24 hours a day, except when I was having my shower, or swimming.
On the second day, my mum cooked delicious curry chicken with milk. I think my system cannot tolerate milk very well. I had bloatedness for the whole day after eating curry with bee hoon, and could not eat anything for the BBQ dinner :(. I only ate some fruits and drank lots of ginger water. I am still bloated. It could have been all the tit-bits I have been taking too. Over the last 4 days, I have put on a whooping 1kg!
I managed to wear my bikini and took some pictures :). My figure has changed for the bigger already and not so defined already. However, there are many big sized bikini ang-mos at the pool, and a number of not so slim Singaporean bikini gals too... wahahaha... that made me felt much better in my bikini :) The most beautiful bikini gals we saw were from Korea. When they were playing beach volleyball in their bikinis, we watched on from the pool. hahaha.... When they left, we left too. I think I gotta tone up my flabby tummy... just in case next time if I ever play beach volleyball in my bikini, the ugly flabs wun start jumping up and down like many... hahahaha... So bad hor? Pardon me... :p

Since 29Oct05.

Last Saturday, I met a lot of my Uni mates at the wedding dinner at Conrad. One of my hubby's friends was talking about planning for a baby. Then he asked us when are we going to have one... hahaha... I did not reply, just continued eating :p. Then he asked again, and then asked whether we are expecting already. hahaha... My hubby replied to him wait till my tummy grows bigger. What a reply! I just sat beside quietly and ate my food.

For the past few days, I have been rather busy doing housework. It was so tiring... I dunno if I should tell my parents and my sisters that I am pregnant. I am in a dilemma. Maybe I will tell them after my visit to the gynae on 12 Nov. :)

To be continued... ZZZZZZZzzzzzzz....
