Aloysius is TWO!

Aloysius’ birthday was on 6 June. He’s two now. We had a small party with toddlers around his age on 7 June. Though it was a last minute preparation, all the toddlers had lots of fun. As mommy here does not believe in sweets and titbits, the goodie bag contains a remote control car, a small box of sunmaid raisins, and 3 pieces of homemade pooh bear shaped maple oatmeal cookies :) I baked the cookies till 2am the previous night. There’s lots of rolled oats in the cookie, so it’s nutritious and high in fibre. The sweetness comes from fructose and maple syrup. I read from Prof. Shichida’s book to bake cookies, bread, biscuits, etc. with fructose to let our toddlers enjoy, instead of buying them off the shelves.
